"I am a man in my late 80s, and had work to do on my physical well-being, especially after having a fall and hip surgery (pins) about 4 years ago. That fall (playing racquetball) probably was the result of early-stage imbalance and loss of reaction time. Following the surgical placement of 4 pins and learning from the surgeon that my bones were unusually healthy for someone my age, I felt cocky and did not follow-up on the recommended physical therapy. That stupidity led to two more falls, face first into pavement.

About two years later, I learned of Dr Sadiq Sheraze and Nanda Sattva and their online movement program.

Now, about four months later, I have seen measurable reversal of my physical balance problem, although I still have more to achieve. I love their explanation of the mind-body connection that strengthens the body core, physically enabling better communication between mind and body. Surprisingly for me, I especially liked the hardening of my abs, never suspecting that result at my age!

"I wanted to to share my story as to help others! Feb 15th I started a journey that has changed my life forever! I had been vegan/vegetarian since 2014 but fell into a trap of eating processed foods and then from time to time fell back into eating meat and dairy from time to time! "I found this part of my journey at a time when I was frustrated with chronic back pain and not making progress despite consistent rehab exercise. I had adopted a WFPB lifestyle for the past 3+ years, and had lost significant weight; however, back pain related to years of poor posture in a sedentary job persisted and limited an active life I had anticipated after retirement. I began working with Sat Nam & Nanda in a Movement program and made progress. I was willing to work hard, be diligent with prescribed exercises, and DO whatever it took to get past this chronic pain.
